    Grass Fed Beef Rump (50%), Brown Rice, Honey Mustard Sauce [Milk, Honey, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Wholegrain Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Mustard Powder, Salt, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (260,270), Thickener (1422), Spice, Preservatives (211,202), Natural Flavour), American Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Sugar, Salt, Food Acid (Acetic), Turmeric, Spice Extract), Water, Modified Corn Starch, Turmeric]

  • Instructions


    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze with use by date. If defrosted, don't refreeze. 

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
