High Protein Tofu with Thai Green Curry
Oven baked high protein tofu sprinkle with salt and pepper finish with mild creamy Thai curry sauce. Served with mixed seasonal veggies
Ingredients
Tofu (50%) (Soy), Beans, Corn Cob, Capsicum Red, Carrot, Thai Green Curry Sauce (Coconut Cream (Fresh Coconut Cream, Stabilisers (Xantham Gum E415, Guar Gum, E412, Carregeenan E407), Milk, Cream (Milk), Thai Green Paste (Green Chilli, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Shrimp Paste (Crustacea, Salt), Kaffir Lime, Coriander Seeds, Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric), Coconut Oil, Water, Fish Sauce (Anchovy (Fish), Salt, Sugar), Modified Starch, Palm Sugar, Vegetable Stock Powder (Southern Ocean Sea Salt, Maize Maltodextrin, Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Spinach, Garlic and Celery), Natural Vegetable Flavours, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Pepper, Kaffir Lime)
Instructions
Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.
Heating from fresh:
- Pierce film with fork.
- Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
- Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
Heating from frozen:
- Pierce film with fork.
- Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
- Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
- Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
