    95cl Grade Beef Mince (40%), Green Beans, Peas, Sweet Potato, Tomatoes, Salt, Tomato Crushed, Olive Oil, Garlic, Water, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Salt, Pepper White], Egg, Parmesan (Milk, Tapioca Starch, Preservatice (200)), Vegetable Stock (Sea Salt, Maize Maltodextrin, Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Spinach, Garlic and Celery), Natural Vegetable Flavours, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Sugar, Garlic, Red Chilli, Acidity Regulator (260), Salt, Water, Thickeners (1442, 415)), Sweet Paprika, White Pepper

  • Instructions


    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
