Mongolian Beef Hot Pot
Beef marinated in aromats then wok tossed with vegetables, basmati rice and savoury brown sauce.
Ingredients
Beef Sliced (50%), Stir fry Basmati Rice (Basmati Rice, Onion Red, Green Peas, Red Capsicum, Carrot, Corn, Spring Onion, Olive Oil), Salt, Pepper), Capsicum Red, Capsicum Green, Onion, Hoisin Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat Flour, Sesame Paste, Sweet Potato Powder, Caramel Colour, Corn Starch, Garlic, Spices, Acetic Acid), Oyster Sauce (Water, Sugar, Oyster Extractives, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Caramel (E150a), Potassium Sorbate (E202)), Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, Pepper, Salt
Instructions
Storage:
Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.
Heating from fresh:
- Pierce film with fork.
- Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
- Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.
Heating from frozen:
- Pierce film with fork.
- Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
- Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
- Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
