    Lamb Rump (50%), Potato Mash (Potato, Water, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Salt, Pepper White), Beans, Corn Cob, Capsicum Red, Carrot, Florentine Sauce [Milk, Spinach, Cream (Milk), Butter (Milk), Water, Modified Starch]

  • Instructions


    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
