    Lamb Rump (50%), Brown Rice, Corn Cob, Beans, Capsicum Red, Carrot, Greek Spice (Salt, Dextrose, Rice Cereal, Herbs, Flavour Enhancer (621), Natural Flavour (Soy), Dehydrated Vegetables, Vegetable Powders, Spices, Food Acid (330), Canola Oil, Anti Caking Agent (551)), Lemon Wedge

  • Instructions


    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
