Sous Vide Hake Fillet with Satay Sauce


Sous vide hake fillet marinated with spice paste finish with peanut sauce. Served with basmati rice and peas, corn and capsicum.

    Hake (Fish) (50%), Basmati Rice, Peas, Corn, Capsicum, Satay Sauce (Water, Sugar, Roasted Peanuts, Coconut Milk Powder (Contain Milk), Salt, Vegetable Oils (Canola, Sesame), Garlic, Thickeners (1422,415), Onion, Food Acids (Lactic), Colours (160c,150d), Cumin, Chillies, Natural Flavours)

    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
