    Salmon (Fish) (50%), Beans, Corn Cob, Capsicum Red, Carrot, Sweet Chilli Sauce [Thai Basil, Mint, Coriander, Sweet Chilli Sauce (Sugar, Garlic, Red Chilli, Acidity Regulator (260), Salt, Water, Thickener (1442, 415), Sweet Paprika, White Pepper], Salt, Pepper, Lemon Wedge, Sesame Seeds

  • Instructions


    Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze on or before used by date. Once defrosted, don't refreeze.

    Heating from fresh:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
    • Let meal stand for 1 minute, remove film.
    • Ensure meal is heated through, stir well and enjoy.

    Heating from frozen:

    • Pierce film with fork.
    • Heat in microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.
    • Remove film, stir contents for even heat distribution.
    • Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
